Outlook Add-in — Client User Visibility
Controls which sections users with the Client User role can see on the Outlook taskpane for this client. Other roles (super-admin, client-admin, nextgen-user) always see everything. Defaults to all-off — toggling on exposes the section to client-users.
Outlook Add-in — Client Logo
Replaces the CargoMind logo in the Outlook taskpane header for this client. PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP, up to 1 MB. The header is dark blue, so use a light or transparent-background logo (about 32 px tall on screen; a 3:1 to 5:1 wide image works best).
Outlook Add-in — Theme
Brand the Outlook taskpane for this client: header colours, accent colour (search button, focus rings, copy buttons), font, and the theme users start on. Colours are hex, e.g. #0f3d91. Leave a field empty to keep the taskpane's own value. Users can still switch themes with the sun button; the font and colours stay branded.
Outlook Access
Each client needs an Outlook token to sign in to the add-in. Tokens are generated automatically for new clients (at startup and every 5 minutes). Use Sync clients now to apply a newly onboarded client straight away.
Support Email
Gmail account used to send support requests from the /support page. Stored in the database — overrides the SUPPORT_EMAIL_USER/SUPPORT_EMAIL_PASS environment variables.
