Outlook Add-in — Client User Visibility
Controls which sections users with the Client User role can see on the Outlook taskpane for this client. Other roles (super-admin, client-admin, nextgen-user) always see everything. Defaults to all-off — toggling on exposes the section to client-users.
Support Email
Gmail account used to send support requests from the /support page. Stored in the database — overrides the SUPPORT_EMAIL_USER/SUPPORT_EMAIL_PASS environment variables.

Block an IP
A blocked IP gets "access blocked" on every page and API. Trusted IPs and your own connection cannot be blocked.
Separately, 10 failed logins within 15 minutes lock sign-in from that IP for 15 minutes, doubling for each repeat
within a day (up to 24 hours); on a trusted IP only the username being tried is locked.
